PathDesk LIMS
PathDesk is our own laboratory information system for diagnostic labs: from patient booking and sample collection to report approval, billing and MIS reports, with role-based access.
The problem
Diagnostic labs run many connected steps: bookings, samples, reports, radiology, billing, finance and outsourced tests, often across more than one centre. PathDesk brings them into one system, with access set by role.
What we built
A React laboratory information system with role-based access, covering:
- Patient booking, sample collection and receiving
- Report approval
- Radiology bookings and reports
- Billing: final bills, outstanding and refunds
- Finance: day book and expenses
- Outsourced tests and labs
- Multiple centres
- Doctor and centre share, and MIS reports
